Trave Wise acts as a third-party travel service provider, and we do not control the policies of these providers.
Flight Ticket Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s fare rules (refundable vs. non-refundable tickets).
Cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled departure time.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting:

Some promotional or discounted fares may be non-refundable.
Train Ticket Refunds
Refunds for train tickets are subject to the rail operator’s cancellation policies.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
Service fees charged by Trave Wise may be non-refundable.
Hotel Booking Refunds
Hotel cancellations and refunds depend on the hotel’s individual policy.
Non-refundable or last-minute bookings may not be eligible for refunds.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
In some cases, it may take longer depending on the airline, bank, or payment provider.
Service Fees
Trave Wise does not charge a service or processing fee to process a refund
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your booking (flight, train, or hotel), it may be treated as a no-show, and no refund may be provided.
Changes & Modifications
Changes to bookings (date, time, passenger details) are subject to availability and provider policies.
Additional charges or fare differences may apply.
Force Majeure
Trave Wise is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).
